Haley oversees day-to-day operations for two boutique communities in downtown Raleigh: The Acorn on Person Street and Mordecai on Clover, totaling 163 residential units. She is passionate about fostering vibrant, welcoming living environments for her residents and team.
With four years of experience in property management, Haley began her career as a Leasing Consultant with Bell Partners Inc. in 2021 and has since developed a strong foundation in both customer service and operational leadership.
Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time with her 8-month-old daughter and cheering on the Carolina Panthers — Keep Pounding!
Alyssa Reynolds is the Residential Property Manager at St. Albans Lofts, a 396-unit community located in NHID, where she is responsible for day-to-day operations, resident and team relations, budgeting, and the overall financial performance of the property.
With experience across Louisiana, Florida, and downtown Raleigh, Alyssa combines hands-on experience with a thoughtful approach to property management. She’s dedicated to fostering great relationships with residents and team members while ensuring smooth property operations.
Originally from Ohio, Alyssa has lived in six different states, including Alaska. She now calls South Raleigh home, where she lives with her fiancé and their two dogs, Ovi and Flower. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, prioritizing fitness, and trying new restaurants around the city.
Ronda Kunsman serves as Vice President of Residential Operations, where she oversees all residential operations with a focus on enhancing performance and driving business growth. She is responsible for guiding teams to achieve exceptional results and reach new levels of success.
Upon joining the Kane Realty team in 2025, Ronda brought nearly 20 years’ worth of leadership experience in the property management industry, including prior roles as Vice President of Operations with Bell Partners and Assistant Vice President with Post Properties. She has a proven track record of managing large portfolios, building strong teams, and delivering excellent results for clients.
Ronda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from George Mason University and maintains professional certifications including Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM). Outside of work, Ronda enjoys watching her son play baseball, working on her non-profit organization, Dugout Donations, and traveling and spending time with her family, including her boxer, Maris.
Emily Long is a Residential Property Manager; in this role, she leads all day-to-day operations for Vine North Hills. She joined the Kane Realty team in April 2024 following previous roles with Cortland Partners and Cushman & Wakefield.
A native of Willow Spring, Emily joined the multifamily industry while attending college in 2019. In her free time, she enjoys a quiet life at home with her two Australian shepherd rescues, Pike and Koda, and her Maine coon cat, Charlie Vane. She is an active runner and often participates in local charity races to raise money for low-vision research and blindness awareness. These causes are close to her heart; Emily has a rare form of Stargardt disease, a genetic condition that impairs her central vision.
Tyrus Hinton began his career in property management in 2015, initially gaining valuable experience in maintenance before transitioning to the office team in 2019. His diverse skill set and dedication to the industry led him to join Kane Realty as the Assistant Property Manager of The Reverie in 2023. Tyrus is also a CAM (Certified Apartment Manager), showcasing his advanced knowledge and expertise in property management.
Originally from Queens, Tyrus relocated to North Carolina. Outside of work, Tyrus is passionate about traveling, enjoys quality time with his two children, and is an avid cook. He is also committed to giving back to the community through his involvement with various non-profit organizations.
Michael Hester joined Kane Realty in 2024 as the Senior Residential Manager of The Eastern Residences at North Hills. Bringing over 18 years of real estate experience across various markets, he oversees the daily operations, tracks performance metrics, and handles all financial reporting.
His career in property management started in in the student housing sector in Chapel Hill, NC. Before joining Kane Realty, he worked for Cortland Partners, Hawthorne Residential, KPM Carolinas, Draper & Kramer, and MCaffery Interests in Chicago.
Michael is a graduate of UNC Greensboro with a degree in Business Administration. He obtained his Certified Apartment Manager designation in 2007, a NC Broker’s license in 2014, and is also a Notary Public. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time family, friends, attending live music events, working on home improvement projects, and time with his Greyhound/Lab mix, Pippa.
Carisa Jeffries is the Residential Property Manager of MoJud Lofts, a 173-unit community in Greensboro, NC. Carisa brings 20 years of multifamily experience to the Kane Realty team, having worked in multiple diverse markets, from West Virginia to Washington, DC to the Triad.
Hailing from Morgantown, WV, Carisa loves to travel; her favorite vacation destinations are Las Vegas and Jekyll Island, GA. She is a notary public and the secretary of the Western Alamance High School PTO.
Outside of work, Carisa enjoys spending time with her spouse and two daughters, and teaching Sunday School at Gospel Tabernacle United Holiness Church. She wakes up with the intention of impacting at least one person in a positive way every day.
Becky Priester is the Residential Property Manager of The Row, a 335-unit mixed-use community located in Rockway, a new district of Downtown Raleigh. Becky began her career with Kane Realty as an intern on the Residential Property Management team in 2018, and she has served in multiple roles at many different properties since then. Most recently, she was the residential property manager of Park Central.
Becky graduated from UNCW with a degree in finance and a minor in psychology, and she is a notary public. Prior to joining Kane Realty, she worked on the accounting team for a commercial real estate firm. Born and raised in Raleigh, Becky enjoys trying all the new local restaurants and bars in her free time.
Kristen Stedman is a Portfolio Manager on the residential property management team; in this role, she oversees the day-to-day operations for all multifamily assets within her assigned portfolio. Kristen joined Kane Realty in 2023, bringing over 13 years’ experience in the multifamily industry, primarily in new construction lease-ups and large-scale value-add renovations.
Prior to joining the Kane Realty team, Kristen worked in business development, and she has a passion for building long-term relationships within the multifamily community. She serves on the Triangle Apartment Association’s Membership Committee, and she is also a Notary Public.
Kristen is a North Carolina native and has lived in Raleigh for over 20 years. Outside of work, she loves being outdoors with her husband Scott, daughter Emma, and German short-haired pointer named Sophie. She also enjoys spending time renovating their 1960s ranch home.
Jordan Lander is the Residential Property Manager of The Reverie at Lake Boone, a 316-unit community in Raleigh. She began her property management career in the student housing industry in 2019, and she joined the Kane Realty team as Assistant Property Manager of The Reverie in 2022.
Jordan is originally from Lorain, Ohio, and she moved to Raleigh in 2020. She is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio), with a degree in supply chain and a minor in Chinese. In her spare time, Jordan enjoys painting, drawing, and crocheting. She can also be found walking the art museum trails with her one-year-old puppy, Winston.
