Michael Hester joined Kane Realty in 2024 as the Senior Residential Manager of The Eastern Residences at North Hills. Bringing over 18 years of real estate experience across various markets, he oversees the daily operations, tracks performance metrics, and handles all financial reporting.
His career in property management started in in the student housing sector in Chapel Hill, NC. Before joining Kane Realty, he worked for Cortland Partners, Hawthorne Residential, KPM Carolinas, Draper & Kramer, and MCaffery Interests in Chicago.
Michael is a graduate of UNC Greensboro with a degree in Business Administration. He obtained his Certified Apartment Manager designation in 2007, a NC Broker’s license in 2014, and is also a Notary Public. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time family, friends, attending live music events, working on home improvement projects, and time with his Greyhound/Lab mix, Pippa.
