As the new Smoky Hollow district continues to grow, Kane Realty, along with Williams Realty & Building Company and Lionstone Investments, is excited to announce three tenants that will soon be a part of the Smoky Hollow community – Heat Studios, New Anthem Beer Project and HUSH Hair Lash Brow.

We are very excited to welcome these three diverse and innovative partners to the district.”

Heat Studios is a group fitness and personal training studio that specializes in safe, effective workouts with a primary focus on strength training. Heat has been locally owned and operated by husband and wife; Jake Giamoni and Megan Hanna, in Downtown Raleigh since 2016. Heat’s friendly, outgoing, and educated team inspires members to live long, happy, and meaningful lives through fitness and community.

New Anthem Beer Project is a craft beer brewery and taproom out of Wilmington, North Carolina. Their first location in Wilmington opened in 2016 at The McLellan Building on Dock Street, the last operating livery stables in the city. They later expanded into a second location in Wilmington and now are excited to open their first location in Raleigh. The New Anthem mission is to “make beer, the best we can, every time, without exception.”

Two Raleigh local creatives came together to create HUSH, an open concept salon space that will specialize in luxury hair, brow, and lash services. Their vision is to create a space that will exceed expectations with each and every visit through a powerful blend of professionalism, aesthetically pleasing surroundings, and unparalleled service. HUSH is slated to open early 2023.
