Standard Beer + Food Brings Culinary Excellence to NHID

Kane Realty Corporation is excited to announce that Standard Beer + Food, a locally-owned and operated restaurant in Raleigh, will be opening in the North Hills Innovation District (NHID). Standard will occupy one of the two standalone food and beverage buildings with large dedicated outdoor dining space. The new restaurant will feature an interior of 5,600 SF and more than 15,000 SF of outdoor gathering space – the most of any other North Hills space to date.

Standard Beer + Food, a charming neighborhood restaurant, is the brainchild of local entrepreneurs Cov DeRamus, John Holmes, and Blake Thompson. Committed to delivering an unparalleled beer and food experience, Standard takes pride in its locally sourced menu meticulously curated to harmonize with their signature brews. The essence of collaboration with the local community is integral to their mission, evident in their partnerships with Raleigh City Farms, Joyce Farms, and Fox Farm & Forage for ingredient sourcing. Their commitment extends to collaborations with esteemed local entities such as High Wire Distilling, Cellarest, and Neuse River Brewing, contributing to the creation of a truly unique and immersive culinary journey.

NHID will deliver new residential, office, and retail spaces as development progresses at the 33-acre district. This summer, 322,000 RSF of premium, Class A office space will be delivered at Tower 5, with innovative reception programming, indoor/outdoor amenities, and 7th-level work and conference spaces. The retail spaces below Tower 5 and Channel House Apartments will welcome several new retailers in 2024. Meanwhile, construction is underway at St. Albans Lofts, 396 luxury apartment homes with market-leading amenities, sub-terrain parking, and 6,000 SF of prime retail space at the corner of St. Albans Drive and the new Hardimont Drive extension.
