Part of Phase 2, 280-unit The Line apartments opened December 2020, while the remaining part of Phase 2, 421 N. Harrington office building along with 45,000 square feet of street-level retail space, opened Spring 2021. Phase 3 of Smoky Hollow will support additional office, retail, and multifamily.

421 N. Harrington St. is a 9-story, 225,000-rentable-square-foot, Class A office building atop ground-level retail encompassing an engaging pedestrian promenade with adjacent structured parking. The office experience features refined industrial influenced design mixed with lifestyle-oriented workplaces such as large conference space, collaborative work areas, outdoor terraces and a bicycle center.

An extension of the existing vibrant neighborhood, while deeply rooted in the site’s transportation and industrial history, Smoky Hollow is a neighborhood reborn from history located in downtown Raleigh.
