As Kane Realty Corporation’s Chief Building Engineer, Dale Huston oversees building operations and is responsible for day-to-day mechanical operations at North Hills.
Dale has more than 35 years of experience in commercial building operations, retains a 3rd Class Power Engineers License, and Universal CFC certification. Dale has certifications from technical schools for electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration.
While not at work, Dale lives in Wendell with his wife Tara, and has 2 sons, Shane and Brian. Dale enjoys anything sports related (TARHEELS!) and spending time in the Western Carolina Mountains.
Lucy is the Director of Office Property Management for Kane Realty. She oversees the company’s office tower assets in Downtown and Midtown Raleigh.
Prior to Kane Realty, Lucy spent 4 years working for The Lundy Group. She was involved in every aspect of the development process, from site selection, financial analysis and construction management to marketing, leasing, and building management.
Lucy is a graduate of The College of Charleston where she holds a B.S. in Business Administration. She was born and raised in the Chicagoland area where her family still resides. Lucy and her husband live in Raleigh with their daughters, Susie and Miller.
Dawn is the Director of Operations and Events for Kane Realty. She oversees HOA management, and leads the events and branding programs at North Hills.
In a previous position with Kane Realty, Dawn managed all office towers, to include all aspects of the day-to-day operations, construction supervision, tenant and vendor relations, and capital projects.
Dawn is a graduate of Appalachian State University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with a concentration in public relations and a minor in business. She was also a member of the Appalachian State Women’s Tennis team.
Dawn is a Raleigh native with a strong love for the city. She takes great pride in its growth and reputation. Dawn is happily married to her husband, Bake, with one child, Trey. When she is not at work she is most likely cheering her son on at an athletic event, traveling, or singing along at a concert.
As EVP of Commercial Operations for Kane Realty, Stacey oversees the day-to-day operations at all commercial properties. Stacey is specifically focused on the retail and office operations side to ensure exceptional customer service throughout all relationships and partnerships. She also oversees the teams that focus on events and marketing, speciality leasing and construction upfits.
Prior to Kane Realty, Stacey started her career at IBM then moved to another local company, ChannelAdvisor. Her career at ChannelAdvisor spanned over 9 years and included various roles on the services side of the business. She led teams that supported over 1,100 US based clients with a wide range of size and scope. During her time at ChannelAdvisor, she effectively grew her teams to appropriately scale as the business’ footprint expanded. Currently, Stacey serves as a board member for Downtown Raleigh Alliance, Marbles Kids Museum, Root Elementary Foundation and YMCA Properties and Facilities Committee.
Stacey was born and raised in Eastern North Carolina but has loved Raleigh since the first day she started college at North Carolina State University. She resides in Raleigh with her husband, Nathan, and two boys, Vann and Boone. In her free time, Stacey loves anything her two boys enjoy!
