As Kane Realty Corporation’s Chief Building Engineer, Dale Huston oversees building operations and is responsible for day-to-day mechanical operations at North Hills.
Dale has more than 35 years of experience in commercial building operations, retains a 3rd Class Power Engineers License, and Universal CFC certification. Dale has certifications from technical schools for electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration.
While not at work, Dale lives in Wendell with his wife Tara, and has 2 sons, Shane and Brian. Dale enjoys anything sports related (TARHEELS!) and spending time in the Western Carolina Mountains.
