Kane Realty's Events + Branding team offers in-house and third-party services specializing in special event design and production, digital and onsite advertising sales, and wholly experiential brand immersion programming at all properties.

Building community and creating memorable experiences through the planning and producing of property activating events, creative onsite branding opportunities, pop-up experiences and artful initiatives. Our innovative Events + Branding team loves to work with potential sponsors, advertisers, artists and local nonprofits to enliven each of our properties with unique activities, events and experiential brand exposure designed to thrill and entertain our residents, tenants and guests.

Midtown Music Fest

Midtown Music Fest will be a day of live music, food trucks, festival vendors, beverage tents, and more! Event will be held in Midtown Park.

Car Placements

Car placements are available throughout North Hills.

LED Digital Board

There are two LED digital boards available for branding opportunities in North Hills with video and static image options available. There are limited number of advertisers allotted for these 10 second spot rotations.

Midtown Beach Music

The Thursday evening Midtown Beach Music at North Hills is popular with event goers from all around North Carolina, and hosts over 25,000 guests throughout its 10 week season.

Midtown Farmers’ Market

Located in the ever popular North Hills Commons, the Midtown Farmers’ Market continues to be a community favorite. We take great pride in the fact that our “producers only” market provides local residents the opportunity to support North Carolina Farmers.

North Hills Kids

North Hills Kids is a seasonal series of fun-filled complimentary events that provide an opportunity for children to come together to learn, exercise, and socialize in an outdoor environment. Young guests and their caregivers are invited to attend special weekly programs featuring local children’s attractions, activity classes, and kid-friendly performances. Events are held in Midtown Park, in the morning, during the summer months.
