True Food Kitchen was founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 2008 by integrative medicine specialist Dr. Andrew Weil who believed there should be no opposition between great tasting food and food that was good for you. The brand believes living well begins with eating well, feeling well, and savoring real moments over real food. Each of its 44 restaurants is led by an expert culinary team of chefs who craft dishes and drinks that fuse comfort cuisine and good-for-you super foods that are a treat for your taste buds and a boost for your well-being. From the juiciest organic grass-fed burgers and brick-oven fired pizzas, to decadent brunch towers and hearty grain bowls topped with wild-caught salmon — everything is deliciously and nutritiously crafted.

“We are thrilled to bring the first True Food Kitchen in North Carolina to North Hills,” said Stacey Buescher, Managing Director of Operations for Kane Realty Corporation. “True Food is an incredible restaurant concept centered around wellness that will provide a unique culinary experience for our community.”

“The incredible energy of North Hills and the vibrant Raleigh community are a perfect fit as we looked to expand our footprint into the wonderful state of North Carolina,” commented True Food Kitchen CEO, John Williams. “Our mission is to bring fresh, wholesome food to more people, and we feel confident the folks of Raleigh will love our chef-driven dishes, scratch cocktails and unwavering commitment to hospitality.”
