Ann Marie Fogarty serves as the Residential Property Manager of Park Central, a 286-unit mixed-use community located in North Hills. She began her property management career in 2017 as a leasing consultant and has since gained experience across multiple markets throughout the Triangle. Ann Marie joined Kane Realty in 2025 as a Property Manager, bringing with her a strong commitment to resident experience and community engagement.
Ann Marie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Kentucky and maintains her North Carolina Real Estate License. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and attending Broadway shows at DPAC.
A Raleigh native with 16 years of multifamily experience, Keli Cave is a dedicated Property Manager known for leading with character, integrity, and a people-first approach. Throughout her career, she has supported successful lease-ups, strengthened occupancy, and driven financial growth by combining operational excellence with thoughtful, relationship-focused leadership. She joined the Kane Realty team in 2025 as the Property Manager of Platform, a 442-unit community in Downtown Raleigh.
Keli is passionate about building trust with residents, teams, and partners through open communication, responsiveness, and doing what’s right, always with a long-term, service-minded approach. She brings a proven track record in financial reporting, project management, and team development, consistently seeking innovative ways to enhance the resident experience and overall community performance.
Outside of work, Keli’s life is full of sports and family. With one son playing, another umpiring, and her husband coaching, there’s always a game to get to. When they’re not at the field or watching their favorite sports at home, the family enjoys traveling, especially beach trips, mountain getaways, and visiting new baseball stadiums together.
Betty Tait is the Residential Property Manager of Revolution Mill, a large-scale mixed-use community located in Greensboro, NC. She began her career in the real estate industry in 2003 and has extensive experience in managing residential and conventional assets.
Betty holds both a CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor) designation. Outside of work, she enjoys taking beach vacations, staying active, and spending quality time with her sons.
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, Sydney oversees the marketing, branding, digital strategy, and community engagement initiatives for a portion of Kane Realty’s portfolio of residential apartment communities. She collaborates closely with the Director of Marketing and Resident Experience to support the company’s vision of delivering a consistently exceptional customer experience across all assets.
Sydney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from North Carolina State University. Prior to joining Kane Realty, she worked at a private equity real estate firm, where she led multifamily marketing efforts across the Carolinas and supported overall brand and digital strategy.
A North Carolina native originally from Wake Forest, Sydney has lived in each of the Triangle’s major cities, giving her a first-hand perspective on the region’s growth and transformation over the years. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exploring new restaurants and wines, and spending time with friends and family.
Meredith Carlyle joined Kane Realty in November 2024 as the Property Manager of The Guild at MOSAIC, a 165 unit multifamily property in Pittsboro, NC. Bringing over 7 years of experience in property management, she previously held the role of Senior Property Manager overseeing student housing and multifamily assets in both Greenville, NC and Raleigh, NC markets.
Meredith graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. Outside of the office, Meredith enjoys traveling with friends, snow skiing, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her golden retriever Patches.
Dianne Pitcher manages Terrazzo Durham, a 155-unit multifamily community located near Duke University, where she oversees day-to-day operations and fosters an exceptional residential experience.
With more than two decades of property management experience, Dianne began her career in student housing in Salisbury, Maryland. After relocating to Durham in 2018, she continued her work in multifamily housing with GMH Communities before joining the Kane Realty team. She holds both CAM and CAPS certifications from the National Apartment Association and is a proud alumna of Salisbury University, where she earned a B.A. in Communication Arts.
Outside of work, Dianne enjoys reading, watching documentaries, and spending time outdoors. She and her husband, Andy, love exploring local parks and hiking with their dog, Biscuit. She also enjoys traveling to spend time with family and friends.
Haley oversees day-to-day operations for two boutique communities in downtown Raleigh: The Acorn on Person Street and Mordecai on Clover, totaling 163 residential units. She is passionate about fostering vibrant, welcoming living environments for her residents and team.
With four years of experience in property management, Haley began her career as a Leasing Consultant with Bell Partners Inc. in 2021 and has since developed a strong foundation in both customer service and operational leadership.
Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time with her 8-month-old daughter and cheering on the Carolina Panthers — Keep Pounding!
Alyssa Reynolds is the Residential Property Manager at St. Albans Lofts, a 396-unit community located in NHID, where she is responsible for day-to-day operations, resident and team relations, budgeting, and the overall financial performance of the property.
With experience across Louisiana, Florida, and downtown Raleigh, Alyssa combines hands-on experience with a thoughtful approach to property management. She’s dedicated to fostering great relationships with residents and team members while ensuring smooth property operations.
Originally from Ohio, Alyssa has lived in six different states, including Alaska. She now calls South Raleigh home, where she lives with her fiancé and their two dogs, Ovi and Flower. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, prioritizing fitness, and trying new restaurants around the city.
As the Residential Property Manager of The Avenues at RTP, Samantha Hicks manages all property-level operations, including everything from resident relations to maintenance coordination, and provides financial oversight while ensuring compliance with local regulations. With a background in property management since 2020 and over 10 years in customer service, Samantha has developed a strong foundation in problem-solving, communication, and creating meaningful connections with people. This experience allows her to navigate challenges efficiently and to create an exceptional living experience for all residents of The Avenues at RTP.
Outside of work, Samantha is an avid gardener with a deep love for plants. Whether cultivating her own garden or researching new plant varieties, she finds great joy in nurturing growth—both in nature and in her professional life. She has always believed in the value of hands-on experience and continuous learning, and is passionate about seeking opportunities to enhance her expertise in property management.
Ronda Kunsman serves as Vice President of Residential Operations, where she oversees all residential operations with a focus on enhancing performance and driving business growth. She is responsible for guiding teams to achieve exceptional results and reach new levels of success.
Upon joining the Kane Realty team in 2025, Ronda brought nearly 20 years’ worth of leadership experience in the property management industry, including prior roles as Vice President of Operations with Bell Partners and Assistant Vice President with Post Properties. She has a proven track record of managing large portfolios, building strong teams, and delivering excellent results for clients.
Ronda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from George Mason University and maintains professional certifications including Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM). Outside of work, Ronda enjoys watching her son play baseball, working on her non-profit organization, Dugout Donations, and traveling and spending time with her family, including her boxer, Maris.
