Maggie Henehan is the Residential Property Manager of The Line, a 283-unit community in Downtown Raleigh’s Smoky Hollow District. She brings a collaborative approach to leadership and is passionate about operations, with a focus on implementing streamlined, efficient systems that support a strong team dynamic, enhance financial performance, and deliver a high standard of service for both prospects and residents.
With over eight years of industry experience, Maggie began her career in student housing while attending Arizona State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Development and Management. After graduating, she transitioned into multifamily in Chicago’s West Loop, gaining experience as a leasing agent across several communities before being promoted to Property Manager of a Class-A high-rise.
Maggie joined the Kane Realty team in 2025 after relocating to Raleigh to be closer to family. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Raleigh, practicing yoga, and getting lost in a good book.
Megan Smith is the Residential Property Manager of Oldham & Worth, a 252-unit community in Raleigh’s West End. In her role, she leads the community’s lease-up efforts and oversees its day-to-day operations, with a focus on building an energized team, delivering exceptional resident experiences, and bringing a vibrant community vision to life.
Megan began her career in student housing in Greensboro, NC, in 2009 before joining Bell Partners in 2013. She advanced from Assistant Manager to Community Manager, a role she held for over a decade. After relocating to Raleigh in 2020, she managed a Class-A property and led major renovation and capital improvement projects, including overseeing multiple lease-ups across the Raleigh and Durham markets.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Outside of work, Megan enjoys cheering on the Carolina Panthers and Hurricanes, traveling (especially quick trips to Carolina Beach), exploring Raleigh’s restaurant scene, and spending time with friends and family.
Tabitha Higgins brings a decade of experience in the multi-family industry. As a Residential Portfolio Manager, she thrives on the need to “wear many hats.” From developing successful team members, driving results for clients, and spending time analyzing strategy and design, she loves that no two days are ever the same. Before multi-family property management, Tabitha started her career in residential home sales. This foundation gave her a better understanding of strategic planning for maximizing sales and the importance of building long-term relationships. Whether serving her teams, clients, or residents, she is eager to help others achieve their goals.
A native of Eastern North Carolina, Tabitha grew up in the Onslow County area and moved to Raleigh in 2016. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Dylan, and her son, Lucas. In her spare time she enjoys live music, hunting through local antique stores for unique home decor, and spending time outside in nature. Her favorite thing about living in the Raleigh area is the ability to enjoy city conveniences alongside numerous nearby trails and lakes.
Abbey Ford serves as the Residential Property Manager at Terrazzo, a 155-unit community in Durham. In her role, she oversees daily operations, cultivates strong relationships with residents and staff, manages budgeting, and drives the property’s overall financial performance.
Bringing experience from across the East Coast, Abbey pairs a hands-on management style with a thoughtful, people-focused approach. She is committed to creating a positive living environment while ensuring efficient and seamless property operations.
Originally from Nebraska, Abbey earned her B.S. in Psychology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her golden retriever and miniature schnauzer and traveling with her boyfriend, including trips to Iceland, France, and Italy.
Ann Marie Fogarty serves as the Residential Property Manager of Park Central, a 286-unit mixed-use community located in North Hills. She began her property management career in 2017 as a leasing consultant and has since gained experience across multiple markets throughout the Triangle. Ann Marie joined Kane Realty in 2025 as a Property Manager, bringing with her a strong commitment to resident experience and community engagement.
Ann Marie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Kentucky and maintains her North Carolina Real Estate License. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and attending Broadway shows at DPAC.
A Raleigh native with 16 years of multifamily experience, Keli Cave is a dedicated Property Manager known for leading with character, integrity, and a people-first approach. Throughout her career, she has supported successful lease-ups, strengthened occupancy, and driven financial growth by combining operational excellence with thoughtful, relationship-focused leadership. She joined the Kane Realty team in 2025 as the Property Manager of Platform, a 442-unit community in Downtown Raleigh.
Keli is passionate about building trust with residents, teams, and partners through open communication, responsiveness, and doing what’s right, always with a long-term, service-minded approach. She brings a proven track record in financial reporting, project management, and team development, consistently seeking innovative ways to enhance the resident experience and overall community performance.
Outside of work, Keli’s life is full of sports and family. With one son playing, another umpiring, and her husband coaching, there’s always a game to get to. When they’re not at the field or watching their favorite sports at home, the family enjoys traveling, especially beach trips, mountain getaways, and visiting new baseball stadiums together.
Betty Tait is the Residential Property Manager of Revolution Mill, a large-scale mixed-use community located in Greensboro, NC. She began her career in the real estate industry in 2003 and has extensive experience in managing residential and conventional assets.
Betty holds both a CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor) designation. Outside of work, she enjoys taking beach vacations, staying active, and spending quality time with her sons.
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, Sydney oversees the marketing, branding, digital strategy, and community engagement initiatives for a portion of Kane Realty’s portfolio of residential apartment communities. She collaborates closely with the Director of Marketing and Resident Experience to support the company’s vision of delivering a consistently exceptional customer experience across all assets.
Sydney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from North Carolina State University. Prior to joining Kane Realty, she worked at a private equity real estate firm, where she led multifamily marketing efforts across the Carolinas and supported overall brand and digital strategy.
A North Carolina native originally from Wake Forest, Sydney has lived in each of the Triangle’s major cities, giving her a first-hand perspective on the region’s growth and transformation over the years. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exploring new restaurants and wines, and spending time with friends and family.
Dianne Pitcher manages The Novus, a luxury mixed-use high-rise located in Downtown Durham, where she oversees day-to-day operations and fosters an exceptional residential experience.
With more than two decades of property management experience, Dianne began her career in student housing in Salisbury, Maryland. After relocating to Durham in 2018, she continued her work in multifamily housing with GMH Communities before joining the Kane Realty team. She holds both CAM and CAPS certifications from the National Apartment Association and is a proud alumna of Salisbury University, where she earned a B.A. in Communication Arts.
Outside of work, Dianne enjoys reading, watching documentaries, and spending time outdoors. She and her husband, Andy, love exploring local parks and hiking with their dog, Biscuit. She also enjoys traveling to spend time with family and friends.
