Dawn is the Director of Operations and Events for Kane Realty. She oversees HOA management, and leads the events and branding programs at North Hills.
In a previous position with Kane Realty, Dawn managed all office towers, to include all aspects of the day-to-day operations, construction supervision, tenant and vendor relations, and capital projects.
Dawn is a graduate of Appalachian State University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with a concentration in public relations and a minor in business. She was also a member of the Appalachian State Women’s Tennis team.
Dawn is a Raleigh native with a strong love for the city. She takes great pride in its growth and reputation. Dawn is happily married to her husband, Bake, with one child, Trey. When she is not at work she is most likely cheering her son on at an athletic event, traveling, or singing along at a concert.
Jennifer is the marketing manager for office and retail leasing at Kane Realty. An experienced marketing professional, she is responsible for marketing, strategy, branding, market research and positioning related to Kane Realty’s office and retail portfolio and corporate marketing.
Prior to Kane Realty, Jennifer was Regional Marketing Manager for Duke Realty’s east and northeast regions, responsible for management of all marketing activities for a large portfolio of office, industrial and medical office property.
In addition to the commercial real estate industry, Jennifer’s career also includes marketing roles with architecture and engineering design firms. She holds both an MBA and a BS in Business Administration with marketing concentration (Cum Laude) from East Carolina University. Jennifer is a Raleigh native. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her husband and two sons.
