As a Senior Property Accountant, Jill oversees the financial reporting for both KRC-owned and third-party mixed-use assets. Prior to Kane Realty, Jill spent 12 years as an accountant at North Ridge Country Club, including four years as Assistant Controller.
Jill is a Raleigh native, only leaving to attend Appalachian State University. She currently lives in Raleigh with her husband and two sons. She enjoys traveling to the mountains and the beach, and most of her free time is spent watching her sons play sports!
As Senior Development and Property Accountant, Andrea prepares, reviews and analyzes financial information for development projects and operational properties.
Prior to joining Kane Realty, Andrea was a Senior Accountant with Venture Back Office, now TMF Group which provides back office and financial services for investment groups. Prior to TMF Group, Andrea worked as an Accountant with IAT Group in Raleigh, NC and as a Payroll Technical Lead with Liberty Healthcare Management in Wilmington, NC.
Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a double concentration in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
Andrea lives in Raleigh with her husband Jon, and their daughters Olivia and Riley. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys cheering on the Tar Heels, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
Stacey joined Kane Realty’s accounting team in January 2018. As Controller, her focus includes financial oversight of the Kane Realty corporate and operating entities, as well as centralized functions such as payroll & benefits, accounts payable, and treasury.
Before joining Kane Realty, Stacey was an audit manager with Ernst & Young. Prior to her time at EY, Stacey worked in accounting for a custom home builder / developer, then a general contractor – both based in Wilmington, NC.
Stacey holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Communication Studies, and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Stacey is a licensed CPA.
Stacey lives in Raleigh with her husband, Garretson, son Garretson, Jr. and dog, Ruby. Outside of work, Stacey loves fitness, sports, good food, and time with family and friends.
As Managing Director of Finance for Kane Realty, Libby’s focus includes strategic planning for the company’s assets and investment funds as well as financial reporting, cash management, and oversight of the accounting team.
Libby was an audit manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers where she focused primarily on publicly traded technology companies. Prior to joining Kane Realty, Libby took time to raise her three daughters.
Libby holds two Bachelor’s of Science degrees from North Carolina State University in Accounting and Business Management and a Master’s degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University. Libby is a Certified Public Accountant.
Libby resides in Raleigh with her husband, Chuck, and their children. Outside of work, Libby enjoys spending time traveling with her family and playing tennis.
Jennings is the Chief Financial Officer for Kane Realty. He joined KRC in 2005 and oversees financial strategy, planning, and coordination among all of the financial disciplines of the company.
Prior to joining Kane Realty, Jennings was the Controller for Southern Industrial Constructors, Inc. in Raleigh, where he was responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial reporting. Preceding his time with Southern Industrial, he worked as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Raleigh and as an Associate with Blackman & Sloop CPA’s P.A. in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Jennings is a graduate of North Carolina State University and holds a degree in accounting. He also earned a degree in political science from Queens College in Charlotte.
His community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors for The First Tee of the Triangle and the Board of Trustees for William Peace University. He also served as the past chair of the StepUP Raleigh Board of Directors and past chair of the Aldert Root School Foundation Board of Directors. He served as a member of the Salvation Army Board of Directors as well. He also served as a Deacon and is currently an Elder at White Memorial Presbyterian Church.
Jennings is an avid golfer and served as a member of the Host Committee for the Presidents Cup in Charlotte in 2022 and is currently an Ambassador for the US Open in Pinehurst in 2024. He was named one of the Triangle Business Journal’s “Forty Under Forty” for 2010 and was awarded 2015 Father of the Year by The Father’s Day Council in association with the American Diabetes Association.
Jennings is a member of several professional associations, including Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, The International Center of Shopping Centers, and the Regional Transportation Alliance.
