Warner is the Chief Development Officer of Kane Realty Corporation. He leads and oversees the vision, strategy, and operations of Kane Realty’s development and construction management teams. These teams primarily develop mixed-use districts with a strong focus on placemaking. Since joining KRC, Warner has been involved in the development of projects with a total capitalization exceeding $2.75 billion. He is also a member of KRC’s Investment Committee.
Earlier in his career, Warner was a lawyer with Hunton Andrews Kurth and a developer with Wood Partners. At Hunton, he practiced real estate finance law. At Wood, he oversaw multifamily development in the Carolinas, Tennessee, and Virginia.
Warner holds a BSBA and a JD/MBA from the University of North Carolina. While in law school, he was a member of the Banking Journal and graduated with honors. As an MBA student, he was a Dean’s Fellow and manager of the Real Estate Investment Fund.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Raleigh-Durham chapter of NAIOP. Previously, he served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Triangle.
Warner lives in Raleigh with his wife, a local artist, and their two children.
