Melissa joined Kane Realty in January 2022 as a Commercial Property Manager, overseeing the Advance Auto Parts Tower and Midtown Plaza office buildings at North Hills. Melissa’s responsibilities include investor/tenant relations, day-to-day operations, capital projects, budgeting & the overall financial performance of the properties. Melissa also leads the Tenant Services Coordinator team for the North Hills office towers.
Born & raised in Raleigh, Melissa attended East Carolina University & received her Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. Prior to joining Kane Realty, Melissa spent over a decade managing hospitality sales & operations for meetings/events, most recently opening & spending six years as the Sales Manager for The Capital Grille at North Hills.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin, their two children, Miller & Hudson, and their dog, Stella.
