Kate is a Development Analyst at Kane Realty, where she supports the Development team on current and upcoming projects. Her responsibilities include market research, budgeting, financial modeling, and contract management. Before joining Kane Realty, Kate worked as a real estate consultant with Ryan Tax in Washington, D.C.
Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Kate graduated from the University of Virginia, where she studied Economics. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks, playing sports, and exploring new restaurants with friends and family.
