Becca joined Kane Realty in 2019 as the residential property manager of Vine North Hills, a 326-unit mid-rise community in North Hills. She now serves as a senior residential property manager, overseeing both Vine North Hills and Channel House. Becca started her career in the student housing industry, and she has worked on several different assets in North Carolina, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Prior to joining Kane Realty, she worked for Greystar overseeing a multi-site, student hybrid asset in Chapel Hill, NC. Becca received her North Carolina Realtor’s license in 2018.
Becca was born and raised in Hampton Bays, Long Island, New York. She graduated from East Carolina University with a BSBA in Finance. She moved to the Raleigh area in 2014 and currently resides in Wake Forest with her husband Nick, daughters Grace and Rose, and their corgis Ricky Bobby & Eevee Badger. Outside of work, Becca likes spending time with her family, enjoying brunch with friends, and binge watching true crime shows.
