Warner Kuppin

Warner is Chief Development Officer of Kane Realty Corporation, where he leads the vision, strategy, and execution of the company’s development and construction management teams. He oversees the sourcing and delivery of Kane’s developments, including mixed-use districts that foster vibrant, walkable communities and create enduring value for stakeholders. Since joining KRC, he has led the development and capitalization of projects totaling more than $2.75 billion. He serves on the company’s Investment Committee.

Prior to KRC, Warner was a real estate finance attorney at Hunton Andrews Kurth and a developer with Wood Partners. At Hunton, he advised on complex real estate finance transactions. At Wood, he led multifamily development initiatives across the Carolinas, Tennessee, and Virginia.

Warner holds a BSBA and a JD/MBA from the University of North Carolina. While in law school, he was a member of the Banking Journal and graduated with honors. During his MBA program, he was awarded a Premier Fellowship and managed the Real Estate Investment Fund.

He is active in ULI and NAIOP. Previously, he served on the Board of Directors of the Raleigh-Durham chapter of NAIOP and Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Triangle.

Warner lives in Raleigh with his wife, Raines, a local artist/muralist, and their two children.
