Ilene Green is the residential property manager for The Proximity Carolina Beach, a mixed-use community that includes 250 residential units and restaurant and retail space. Ilene joined Kane Realty in 2024, bringing more than 20 years of experience in property management and real estate. She has a diverse background that includes managing student housing, single-family rentals, vacation rentals, new construction lease-ups, and real estate sales. According to Ilene, her success stems from her passion for helping others. “We have the distinct pleasure of helping people find their new homes, which is very rewarding.”
When she’s not working, Ilene focuses on her family. She loves music and tries to attend as many live concerts as possible. Her family holds NC State season football tickets and attends every home game. She’s also a member of The Island Women, an organization through which she gives back to the community. Additionally, Ilene is a Realtor and a member of the Cape Fear Realtors and NC Realtors. She attends the Sanctuary of Wilmington and is a church member, where she gets rejuvenated each week and shows her gratitude for the many blessings she’s received.
