Bo Henley is a construction manager with Kane Realty. Bo provides oversight and project management on a variety of construction product types, including multifamily, mixed-use, commercial office, and tenant improvement projects.
Originally from High Point, NC, Bo studied Mechanical Engineering at North Carolina State University. In his spare time, he enjoys working on classic cars, spending weekends at the coast, and skiing.
As the Construction Project Coordinator, Rebekah works alongside our Property Management team to ensure projects run smoothly. From organizing documents, managing schedules, tracking budgets, and vendor communications, her job is to make sure that projects stay on schedule, meet building standards, and deliver quality results that our team can be proud of.
Prior to taking this role, Rebekah worked on our Property Management team where she helped navigate day to day operations of our office buildings as well as worked to build out our Tower Events and Engagement program.
Born and raised in Raleigh, Rebekah enjoys spending time exploring everything our city has to offer – from its booming development of the restaurant and bar scene to our NC Parks and hiking spots.
Kinnan Bass is a Retail Project Coordinator at Kane Realty, where she manages and oversees the day-to-day logistics of new retail construction projects. In her role, she works closely with retail tenant contractors, on-site management, and public safety teams to facility approvals and ensure projects move smoothly through lease execution through opening day.
Prior to joining Kane, Kinnan led residential interior design projects, creating detailed construction documents and collaborating directly with contractors and clients to bring projects to life. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Meredith College, where she was an active member of the American Society of Interior Designers, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to industry best practices.
Outside of work, Kinnan enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and hanging out with her goldendoodle, Memphis.
Lauren is the Senior Retail Project Manager for all of Kane Realty’s local properties including North Hills, The Dillon, Smoky Hollow, and others. She specifically oversees new retail construction projects from lease execution to opening day, ensuring a seamless transition between permitting, pre-construction, and post-construction for tenants and contractors.
Prior to Kane Realty, Lauren worked for a local start-up, Angel Oak Creative, in a marketing strategist role. Lauren is a graduate of East Carolina University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. Throughout college, she played women’s volleyball and was a member of the National Society of Leadership & Success.
Lauren lives in Raleigh with her husband, James, son, Jamey, and goldendoodle, Hudson.
David oversees City of Raleigh plan reviews and permitting, city sign review and permitting, city building inspections activities, and any city-related construction issues. He plays a role in pre-construction and design activities for all projects including activities in architectural, engineering, and contractor administration. David also oversees all the retail tenant/restaurant owner plan reviews and helps coordinate with Merchant Architects and Engineers for permitting. He helps with all merchant construction aspects, as the owner’s representative, from permitting to final city certificates of completions.
Prior to joining Kane Realty, David had been involved with property management, regional mall expansion and renovation projects, grocery-anchored neighborhood center development, tenant retail/restaurant construction, office building construction, apartment construction and mixed-use project construction. He now has 35+ years of retail management and construction management experience.
David is a graduate of East Carolina University and holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management and a minor in business administration. He earned the CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers. David also served honorably in the United States Marine Corps.
Mike is a Senior Construction Manager at Kane Realty. He oversees new construction and renovation projects through the proactive management of the progress of the General Contractor, Architect, and other consultants in the areas of construction schedule, budget, and quality.
Mike is a NC licensed general contractor with extensive experience in residential, commercial, and multi-family construction and development. His management experience includes large scale commercial/multi-family projects and residential projects in North Carolina and South Carolina. Additionally, Mike is a NC licensed home inspector and NC licensed real estate broker.
Mike is a graduate of North Carolina State University. He volunteers with Wake County Habitat for Humanity and actively participates in the Freedom Alliance by providing outdoor recreation opportunities to United States military veterans.
As Vice President of Construction, Sean oversees all new construction for Kane Realty including multi-family, office and mixed-use developments.
He has experience managing and delivering over one billion dollars of completed or under-construction development projects. Sean’s notable projects include Midtown Plaza, The Dillon, Advance Auto Parts Tower, The Eastern and North Hills Expansion.
Prior to joining Kane Realty, Sean spent six years with an Atlanta-based general contractor, Holder Construction Company, working on a variety of product types in Virginia and North Carolina. His management experience includes large-scale higher education facilities for the University of Virginia, Virginia Tech and UNC-Charlotte as well as commercial office building experience where he worked on the new Bank of America Tower in North Hills.
Sean is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Business Management. He is involved with several non-profit organizations in Raleigh including Healing Transitions and Emmaus House. In his spare time, Sean enjoys golfing, fishing and spending time with his wife Sarah and son Lawson.
Lisa is a Senior Office Project Manager at Kane Realty, overseeing new construction and renovations within all of the company’s office towers within North Hills, Smoky Hollow and Downtown South.
Prior to joining Kane Realty in 2017, she worked as a performance consultant for EXOS, where she was responsible for new business and marketing for the RTP area. Prior, she spent over a decade as a senior producer at creatively driven, full-service advertising agencies working on national accounts.
Lisa is a graduate of Virginia Tech and lives in Raleigh with her husband, Stephen and Cavalier King Charles, Banks. In her spare time, you can find her at the beach or enjoying anything outdoors with Stephen.
