As an Associate on the Capital Markets team, Jared focuses on debt originations, equity financings, and managing capital relationships with lenders, investors and brokers. He supports the execution of complex transactions by underwriting new opportunities and overseeing deal processes from initial structuring through closing. Jared began his career at a private equity real estate firm, where he worked as an Investment Associate focusing on multifamily acquisitions and asset management across the Carolinas. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina. A Mebane, NC native, Jared enjoys traveling, working out, snowboarding, and spending time with friends and family in his free time.

Ben Brown
As an Associate on the Capital Markets team, Ben focuses on debt originations, equity financings, and managing capital relationships with lenders, investors and brokers. He supports the execution of complex transactions by underwriting new opportunities and overseeing deal processes from initial structuring through closing.
Ben began his career with Wells Fargo in Charlotte, where he worked on their Real Estate Banking and Commercial Real Estate Portfolio management teams. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance.
A Raleigh native, Ben enjoys playing basketball, fishing, and traveling in his free time.
Josh Plumhoff
As Managing Director of Capital Markets, Josh is responsible for ensuring capital sources support the growth of the company. In this role, Josh leads the origination and structuring of debt and equity financing, the execution of capital transactions and develops strong relationships with lenders, investors, and brokers. Since joining Kane Realty, Josh has worked on over $2.5 billion in capital transactions, including equity joint ventures, debt financing, and asset sales.
Josh is a proud graduate of East Carolina University and lives in Raleigh with his wife and two kids.
Jennings Glenn
Jennings is a Partner at Kane Realty Corporation, where he focuses on strategic capital. In this role, Jennings focuses on developing and maintaining Kane Realty’s relationships with key equity and debt partners at the principal level.
Prior to joining Kane Realty, Jennings was the Controller for Southern Industrial Constructors, Inc. in Raleigh, where he was responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial reporting. Preceding his time with Southern Industrial, he worked as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Raleigh and as an Associate with Blackman & Sloop CPA’s P.A. in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Jennings is a graduate of North Carolina State University and holds a degree in accounting. He also earned a degree in political science from Queens College in Charlotte.
His community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors for The First Tee of the Triangle and the Board of Trustees for William Peace University. He also served as the past chair of the StepUP Raleigh Board of Directors and past chair of the Aldert Root School Foundation Board of Directors. He served as a member of the Salvation Army Board of Directors as well. He also served as a Deacon and is currently an Elder at White Memorial Presbyterian Church.
Jennings is an avid golfer and served as a member of the Host Committee for the Presidents Cup in Charlotte in 2022 and is currently an Ambassador for the US Open in Pinehurst in 2024. He was named one of the Triangle Business Journal’s “Forty Under Forty” for 2010 and was awarded 2015 Father of the Year by The Father’s Day Council in association with the American Diabetes Association.
Jennings is a member of several professional associations, including Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, The International Center of Shopping Centers, and the Regional Transportation Alliance.
