As Senior Asset Management Analyst at Kane Realty, Jensine supports decision-making for the optimization and improvement of property performance across Kane’s portfolio to help drive long-term asset value. Jensine grew up in South Florida and studied Finance at the University of Florida in Gainesville. She then began her career in Charlotte with Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Managed Assets Group, working out complex and distressed real estate transactions to maximize value and debt repayment prospects for the bank. In her free time, Jensine enjoys spending time with her husband, cooking, playing guitar, and being outdoors.

Allie O’Hara
As Asset Management Associate at Kane Realty, Allie assists with optimizing the financial, operational, and strategic performance of our mixed-use property portfolio. She plays a key role in developing tools and integrating systems that provide valuable insights all properties.
Prior to joining Kane Realty, Allie worked for IHS Markit as a Research Analyst doing stock surveillance and investor targeting for various S&P 500 Industrial companies. She also spent some time at SAS as a Consulting Business Development Manager assisting Telco companies with implementation of SAS products.
Allie grew up in Emerald Isle and Clayton, NC, but has been living in Raleigh since starting school at North Carolina State University in 2015, where she earned a B.S. in Economics. In her free time, Allie enjoys cheering on the NC State Wolfpack (Go Pack!) and spending time with family and her golden retriever, Lyla.
Allen McCollum
As Director of Asset Management at Kane Realty, Allen is primarily responsible for driving long-term asset value by optimizing the financial, operational, and placemaking performance of Kane’s portfolio. Since joining Kane Realty in 2016, Allen has been involved in the capitalization and development of projects totaling +$1 billion and has held various leadership and support roles across the development pipeline and operating properties.
Prior to joining Kane Realty, Allen held various positions in the financial services industry at Bank of America, First Citizens Bank, and Prudential.
Allen is a graduate of North Carolina State University where he holds a BS in Business Administration and of Wake Forest University where he holds a MBA. Allen has been a licensed real estate broker in the State of North Carolina since 2009 and completed Leadership Raleigh and Bell Leadership Institute’s cornerstone program.
Allen lives in Raleigh with his wife, Katie, three children, Hallie, Bo and Liza, and beagle Badin.
